Texas swap-meet

My brother Richard and I went to Texas and
brought back a bunch O scooters!
This picture and the ones to follow are by no means a complete
list!

This frame and wheels lay beside a railroad for
who knows how many years. The story goes - A guy who worked
on the railroads had a friend who was into Cushmans. He
tells this friend that there has been a scooter laying beside the
tracks down in a ditch for years. He has seen it many times
as he rode the train back and forth. Of course the
other guy pulls out the B.S. flag and starts to wave it! So the
railroad guy goes and gets it. Now you know the rest of the
story.

Here are some of the other frames that we brought
back. All are in perfectly restorable condition, and all are
genuine Cushman built.

Here is another frame with a motor and
transmission.

How do you like this exhaust setup? It
just LOOKS loud!
By the way...that's not Coke a Cola in those
bottles.
Its old motor oil that I use to lube my lathe, ah and a few
people who thought it was coke.
